    These suede boots are a FIND! Circa 1970 OOAK Custom North Beach Hippie Boots made by Rainbow Cobbler in San Francisco and designed by Joan. You will find vintage boots with stars on them, but not in a lush deep purple with magnificent huge Planet Saturns on the outside. Joan's provenance tells the story better than I and I found it fabulous she even included a photo of her in the era. Ironclad provenance - and the boots are signed inside with her name and "Rainbow".
