This is a Murano Tazza / Compote, circa 1990 I think. 7.5" tall, 4.5" top diameter and 3.0" base diameter.

Done in 3 separate piece, need to be a glass MASTER to produce this compote.

un capolavoro. It reminds me the Baco of Caravaggio has a goblet like this
