      I believe it is GTMOOM! Beautiful. I love this sort of understated cloisonne.

      Karen is right, it is Ando, from their later wireless background cloisonne enamel pieces made during mid to late 20th Century. That is when you start seeing nickel metal rims, they are not always marked, so great to see this one is. Beautiful color and design. Thanks for posting.
