I'm not sure what decor this is- it is one of a series of piece with high gloss iridescence that looks "brushed" on. I have a matching bowl with a somewhat irregular shape in the same decor, and the bowl is properly signed with the engraved "Loetz Austria" signature. The shape is Production Number II-800, ca. 1900, just under 6" tall. The iridescence has a lot of silver and yellow in it, giving the vase a greenish appearance, but the pontil photo clearly shows that the ground color is mountain blue. Quite a beautiful and unusual piece.
If I recall, Bakalowits had a number of irregular shaped pieces. Maybe the decor is one of theirs?
