I saw this 1924 calendar in online auction and had to have it as this Bleile's Garage is local to me in the small canal town of Gasport NY. The photo on this Calendar is called "Taking the Air" and dated 1922. In the last photo is a picture I found online of this Garage about 1955-60, this building is still standing in good shape, I wonder if the currant owners know what there garage use to be...enjoy and have fun collecting.

Brunswick, I see you were talking about the calendar and I was talking about the building, duh. yes it is in good shape, the cardboard is brittle and some damage on the corners but looks nice. Thanks
