When I saw this little running Dog Figurine, at the Flea Market, I knew that I had to buy it! I have several other Grindley Animal Figurines, and could tell by the face on it who it was made by, having a sticker on the bottom didn't hurt either! :^D Grindley Ware manufactured in Sebring, Ohio, c. l933 - 1952 not sure when this one was made though. it's 7 3/4" long, by 2 5/8" high, by 1 1/2" wide. With the Sticker there's also an 812 written in black crayon.

Bill the grease pencil 812 references the catalog number to order made in the 30’s and was part of a line of different dogs this was what was the earliest production pieces made at grindley ... should you have any other questions just shoot me a message....Art
