A very nice new model, this is a 1958 Corvette Convertible. Were they all convertibles back then? Almost all were back then. I know some Corvettes had removable tops starting in 1968. I think they were almost all convertibles until 1963 when they got that ultra cool top.
Anyway on to this model. Just check out the beautiful tri. and body styling. Has that 50s look but you can see it is moving towards the 60s look. That rear end is classic. It has some fine action going but nothing excessive and it follows the lines of the trunk.
The hood opens to reveal a V8 which is respectable for a car of that size for the time.
Wrapping it up it is with a Greenlight 1961 Corvette. Now if I can find a good 1963 model. TI have seen some but they don't look quite right.
