This is a neat little device I found at my favorite antique mall in Orange. It is a clothes hanger line reel for use indoors I believe. It is only about 3" x 3 1/2" x 2" wide. I am thinking it would be for an apartment dweller as it is so small. The line is about half the width of normal clothes line. Don't be hanging anything heavy on it. I Have it mounted on the wall now but I may have to take it down to get the second line out. In the meantime I am not sure what to call it. There is no markings on it. One last note is that the handle has a stopper to keep the line from in place.
