I think this is more on the pewter metal side - or not silver (real).
This is a really detailed fighting bird, there is one green rhinestone - his eye. He is approx 2-1/2" wing spread and beak to tail feather.
Don' t remember where I got him, but thought I would share.

I missed this one, too many hosp visits this week. Just trying to catch up. I love the piece, which I have seen like ones before.
The bird reminds me a bit of an Archeopterix.
