Hello everyone!!
In continuation of my elephant posts, I have this wonderful spelter elephant sculpture. A beautifully detailed piece, I must say. I love the design, the faux bronze patina and the red highlights of her ears and trunk. I also have a much smaller, nearly identical, version of this elephant. This one was made in Japan (see pic #4) sometime after the mid-1950's. She measures 14" long, 9" tall and weighs in at just over 7lbs. Hope you enjoy seeing her as much as I do.
