Found this at the monthly antiques fair I attended yesterday, another Welz shoe for my collection.
This one has a bold spatter of dark red, cobalt blue, light green & yellow on a white ground. This is the lower cut shoe or ankle boot - compared to the taller version with the same decor in the fourth photo
