Adorable little penguin, he looks like one of those tropical African kinds like the Rockhopper penguin. You should look them up- they're very cute!
Maybe this one is gazing up at the Southern Lights?

Thanks so much Lauren for your fantastic comment & finding this lil green penguin adorable, I too love the way he is looking skyward, indeed he may be observing the Southern Lights! I did look up the rockhoppers they are super cute, how about their wild hair :) My fave though are the baby Emperor penguin chicks, they are so furry and cuddly looking
