This 3" multi pastel rhinestone starfish brooch has a marbled lavender & white cabochon in the center, all colors evoking Easter and Spring time. This goldtone brooch is marked Weiss (1942-1971) ca 1950s and can be verified on the CJCI-Researching Costume Jewelry website under "W"

This brooch reminds me more also of the strange plants you'd see on the ocean floor too- anemones and things I think? I love how cheerful and colourful it is- knida like colours you would see at Easter time!
