A high quality "name" Weiss produced quality pieces and was one of the best makers out there during that period. Some nice rare teardrop stones sets off this treasure !~
How lovely. These Laurel Wreath brooches made by Weiss are the prettiest versions in my opinion. The gorgeous blue tones and variety of stone shapes are really nice.

DejaVu you're right, it's probably 1950s but in truly amazing condition for age I could not believe it - the silvertone must be rhodium the setting is so fine. Glad you enjoyed the blues here as well
Phil I agree about Weiss, always at the top in quality & popularity. I like their jewelry because every piece is different and well made. The teardrop stones are definitely a highlight here, it's a lovely regal design
Leesa you've nailed it, atlantic blue topaz stones are the same dark blue color, wonderful to know thank you! They have a smoky tone like midnight or montana blue as well
