Loetz tango pieces like this one with offset rows of black dots appear from time to time. Research has turned up the name for this decor: Ausführung 181. This is an interesting shape that has an unusual feature: It has an applied rim on the top AND on the bottom. Lemon yellow ground with marvered black spots and rims. Typical ground and polished pontil.
