A number of years ago I got an email from a friend who had just located this vase on Ebay and contacted me about it. I urged him to buy it, disappointed I didnt see it first. When I learned it was coming to auction I made sure it became mine. The form is just wonderful.
Properly signed on the underside "Loetz Austria". The form is PN II-515 for the retailer Bakalowitz c.1900. Lemon-yellow ground.This form and decor is pictured on Loetz.com. Stands 6 3/4" tall.

Love the shape and color! You mentioned in a post long ago how collecting glass is an obsession. I couldn’t agree more! I have well over 150 pieces and going strong. Although I must admit not as fine as yours.
