When I saw this at the fair I was told by the dealer that she had had two of them but she'd broken t'other. I was interested by the Jugendstil decor and the way that the glass had been blown and was hot worked. It has been ruby flashed and then wheel cut with those birds and gilded. The flashing and cutting work itself reminds me of Egermann. But the pinched base interests me as well. I'm sure it's Bohemian but the decor just intrigues me. I'd be grateful for any comments. It's actually quite tall.
