This beautiful piece by Charles Lotton must truly be held in hand to fully appreciate the subtlety of the rich green aventurine sparkle against the nearly opaque cobalt ground. Silver-blue pulled feather swirled decoration completes this complex piece. It is signed Charles Lotton 1984. The Loetz hunting wasn't so good today, so this piece by Mr. Lotton was a welcome sight, and a great deal to boot. This is the third time it has happened that the only piece that went home with me from a show was one by Charles Lotton, and I have to say that every single time I have left content and happy. :)

What an amazing piece. I'd have to agree, I'd have gone home happy too!

Great piece BGM! I've never seen this combination before with the silver pulled feathers, the dark blue and green adventurine. The rim is also a special treat as I haven't seen that many pieces that Charles uses this style. You got yourself a good one congrats!
