if it isnt a knock off,.. I would say around 1947..

This is a similar model to the one in your pictures and is ca 1955.
A number of differences on the bottom with the inscription which would suggest to me that your one is a later as the inscription is a mush better applied not what looks like paint stamped.
Also the tyres yours either has three replaced tyres or one which is similar to the car on this site. That's all I have at the moment.
