Beautiful and wonderful to see this. I could imagine it for sale at a top jewelers show window so you could see it from inside to outside, a showstopper, exquisite !~
Interesting piece here, the added branch with a little row of doves is very cute, and the leaf is a lovely little detailed extra. I also agree with PhilDMorris, before I read his comment I was going to say that it would hold necklaces or something in a jeweler's window, because my local jeweler's shop does just this with glass sculptures. It makes a really nice set piece to a window display, very nice! :)
Love these! Ireally love glass, so it is a wonder that I don't have more...
Wow Jenni this is such a beauty.
I had a quick look around to see if I could find a makers name but I'm not there yet.
So much work in this and the colours and modeling are perfectly sweet and excellent.
It's a quality piece. Gobsmacked!

Aw Karen, thanks friend for the lovely compliments & trying to help me i.d. the maker, I have looked around online but found nothing quite similar except for the Murano birds sitting on twisted end branch. I actually bought these myself at a store in the 1980s so I dated this '80s though it could be older. It's very sweet & delicate, and of course I'm humbly flattered for you to like it when all your glass birds are so perfectly beautiful, your opinion is tops :)
