This Bauer design stands 4.75" tall and is listed as form 4214 in Ricke. The May Green combed thru the Magenta creates a striking contrast. The rim is fire polished and the pontil is cut and polished.
This was the Loetz response to Tiffany Paperweight production. Today the Tiffany pieces go for many thousands and often tens of thousands of dollars...another reason why I collect Loetz.

Some Tiffany is very nice, but I actually think at heart even if the two companies were neck and neck in price I'd still prefer loetz over all.
