    I bought this the moment I saw it as I'd never seen anything like it before. The top is hexagonal, flaring out noticably and hand worked. Also the applied 'tadpoles' are like none I've seen before....note the chink of light before the long, fine 'tail' rejoins the vase itself.

    The base slants inwards like the bases on the vases of my previous post and one on my coming post. Interesting but nowhere near conclusive unfortunately.

    Height 18 cm./7 inches.
