    Another family item. I had taken this to a mini-Antique Roadshow type of show here. It is made of Gutta Percha.....also know as Mourning Jewelry. Quite large at about 2.5 inches tall. Fine hand carved detail. Has a C-clasp at the back. Also of European heritage.
