I would like to say Ruckl, based on the postings of others. However, I say that tentatively as I am always getting things wrong. Tango lovers? Calling you, Vetraio!
It is 26cm in diameter x 7.5cm high.

There is a very similar vase on Ebay at present and its twin with a satin shimmy pfau (or similar) decor that we all attribute to Ruckl - so maybe this is Ruckl.

      Beautiful piece.

GORGEOUS! Although I wouldn't describe it as millefiori ( a thousand flowers ), unless there are flowers I'm not seeing in the pics, It may hinder any searches etc.

Thanks for the comment. All these décors with murrine (canes) are under the heading millefiori but I completely take your point. The Deco use of murrine leads to the impression of flowers if you squint (believe me!) Not quite a thousand, though, but I imagine most millefiori glass only contains a hundred murrine at most? Now I am being a pedant!

I was just comparing this one with mine. Again there are fourteen lobes on both ... but the lobes are not as regular .... do you see what I mean? I was thinking that the regularity on men was probably created by a tool .... some sort of device that perhaps the bowl was pressed onto. But yours seems to be hand done.

I revise the ID to Kralik in light of my later post of a similar decor on a vase. Kevin, I think complex ruffle shapes were crimped using special moulds - think those "snowflake" rims, highly ruffled lampshades or crisp crimped vase rims. This seems to have been hot worked by hand, as you say, most likely with a small rounded tool.
