Pretty cool Mani...I think it's a 1960 Murray. The two tier steps in the back with the curved bar are unique. Here's a great site:

~ also sometimes the pedal have a name on the ( on the side plastic ) or even at the metal ends ........or back of seat, or underneath seat. Gotta be something somewhere other that the Badge / label

Careful about checking the seat name as Troxel put their seats on many different brands of this era. I collect Hiawatha, Columbia, and Western Flyer Tricycles. I'm leaning towards Murray on this one. Nice Trike....Love the chrome fender!

Well Manikin...that's a hard question to answer without inspecting the condition of the tricycle personally. It certainly depends how much time and effort you want to put into the project. First I would wash it down gently with a good auto wash soap and see what you have. Lots of good degreasers and rust eliminators out on the market. I prefer to take the tricycle completely apart to inspect, repair, replace, and clean. Do small inconspicuous areas first. You don't want to wear off the original finish (unless you decide to sandblast and repaint). The chrome parts can be cleaned up with fine steel wool followed by some good auto chrome polish. Good Luck! :)
