Can you tell I'm a Trifari fan? I love how this piece is evocative of the Van Cleef & Arpels invisibly set gem stones. Found in an antiques mall jumble of commonplace rhinestone brooches.

This has always been a favorite of mine..as you well know!
Hi Eileen, All good with me. I'm working on a new book, as well having my 'day job' so haven't been looking on line for Trifari. I usually confine my hunting to thrifts, estate sales (which have pretty much dried up), and rummage sales (also nonexistent now), so rare things are even rarer. But always hopeful! How do you restore? Replacing stones? Great to hear from you! By the by, there is one like this on shopgoodwill right now.
