Can you tell I'm a Trifari fan? I love how this piece is evocative of the Van Cleef & Arpels invisibly set gem stones. Found in an antiques mall jumble of commonplace rhinestone brooches.

Yay, I knew you were around! Everything ok?
Miss your posts, but then a lot of us have cut back lately. I’m in the “restoring mode” again!
This has always been a favorite of mine..as you well know!
Hi Eileen, All good with me. I'm working on a new book, as well having my 'day job' so haven't been looking on line for Trifari. I usually confine my hunting to thrifts, estate sales (which have pretty much dried up), and rummage sales (also nonexistent now), so rare things are even rarer. But always hopeful! How do you restore? Replacing stones? Great to hear from you! By the by, there is one like this on shopgoodwill right now.
Maureen, I just read about your stunning green brooch on the goodwill site! Who would possibly give that away?! How I wish I had spotted it :(
. I never go to that site, maybe I should start...lol thanks for the heads-up dear, also should keep up on comments too, then I just might of been able to add that to my modest collection!! Maybe next time, ya never know! Just keep looking....
Eileen, I totally agree, but one man's ( or woman's) junk is another man's ( or woman's) treasure, as they say! The hunt is the fun part for sure. Happy New Year.
Thanks to all the collectors who have loved this piece.
