Around 1910, Loetz began entertaining commissions by the Jouve company for a variety of cameo vases marked Richard, Roger or Velez. They were then sold through the Etling company, both in Paris. Most of them cannot be identified from the Loetz catalogs, but are inevitably marked. In this post I want to highlight pieces with unusual color combinations, either because they are tricolored or because the base glass is unusually shaded.
    1. A rare Roger lamp base: notice the rich interplay of colors within the glass body. The cameo itself [the leaves] seems to blend with the background. No PN, but it has acquired a PK shade . . . .
    2. II-8369. Green to white with purple. Have it in two sizes. The smaller has a metal foot and rim.
    3. II-3702. Also rare do to its unusual combination of pink, green and blue.
    4. This one is also unusual in being half and inch think. Yellow shading to opaque grey with purple cameo. No PN

Thanks, Warren! I never look at bottoms of lamps, or I would have realized it was realized it was on the same page as other PN's I have.
