My third Auguste Besson animal brooch!

When I saw it, the peridot color pastes and particular cut of them immediately said it was the same maker than my turtle and rooster... Auguste Besson.

The boar's head mark for French silver and a partial Besson maker's mark (seeing only the A and hand...) are on the C clasp.
    Seller didn't saw them!

Length: 2.3cm or 7/8" (without the pin)
    Width: 2cm or 13/16"

I know you are going to love it as much as I do ;-D

Karen, thank you! I already saw living ones of this size :-)

Judy, you're adorable too! Those green pastes, open back set, seems to be particular to Besson, noticing the square cut table.
