This rare color combination of Markasit Genre 2517 was made in a small series for Ludwig Fränkel, Berlin. The neck of the vase was shaped using a special three-part machine, according to the production notes. Citron ground with an opal blue overlay on the bottom half, which has several upward pulls, and interspersed with wispy silver-gray threads. Date of production is approximately 1905.

Sweden flag colors... so Boca Juniors colors.... interesting history..... that was created in 1905. Perhaps only coincidence....
