From the same parcel as the Welz vase I posted yesterday, this vibrant Victorian vase brings lots of pink energy.
It is made from three layers of cased glass, clear over a mostly pink spatter (with touches of orange & blue) with a white interior.
It measures 15.5 cm tall, 3.5 cm across the cut top rim, & 4.5 cm across the base.
The simple form is composed of a tapering shaft set into a lobed, bulbous base.
The last photo shows it with a large vase I've owned for over 25 years, with the same spatter.
I'm not 100% sure of a maker on this...probably Bohemian though.

first thing tat pop into my thing on my shoulders was "Legras" but there's a lot of space there as well..... nice colors..
