I’d like to share with you this beautiful mug/drinking glass..I did suspect but research and help from others, I believe it is by...Myers Neffe or Lobmyer .. c1880.
Multi-faceted cut body with ground-cut star base decorated in gold and coloured in bright thick enamel...six cartouche medallions surrounded with floral hangers and scroll work.
Hand painted and In the six cartouches are three couples in a country scene facing each other dressed in Rococo costumes. Cut gilt lip edge. Diamond amber cut foot with gold enamel detail...just under 5.1/3 x 3.3/4 inches.

Thanks for looking and I hope you like it as much as I do.

Geez Inky, getting the goods again!
Some very delicate painting there, particularly the figures and their backgrounds. I really like the surrounding scrolls and rosebuds.
      This is German? Austrian?
