I have a very! good CW friend to thank for this fabulous Pallme-Koenig glass claret jug/pitcher, which arrived last week.
It is!.. the most beautiful thing, the glass is a lovely dark green the threads thick and complete and the iridescence is to die for....so deep and colourful... and I just love the shape of the hexagon 'bowl' around the base.
It's a tall one!!.. standing.. 29 cm or just under 11. 1/2 inches.
The jug is in perfect condition, the silver plate on the collar/pourer and lid does have some of the silver worn...but!..I!!.. don't!!.. care!!...:-)))
